From sign-up to gift card, step by step.
Partners pay GaintPlay when you finish their tasks, and we pass it on to you as coins. 1,000 coins is $1, and you can swap them for gift cards from $1. Here is every step, with honest timings.
Follow one reward from task to gift card.
Seven steps, and you only do three of them. Partners confirm the task, we credit the coins, and the gift card comes to you.

Why bigger rewards wait a while.
Partners can take a task back for weeks after it’s done, for example when a purchase is refunded or a check fails. Holding bigger rewards for a while means the coins you cash out stay yours.
| Reward size, in coins | Pending for |
|---|---|
| Under 2,000 coins | No wait |
| 2,000 to 3,999 | 7 days |
| 4,000 to 14,999 | 15 days |
| 15,000 and up | 30 days |
- Pending coins release on their own, straight into your available balance. Your Wallet shows the date for each one.
- Some partners use their own schedule, so a reward can wait longer or less than the table says.
- Most credits arrive in minutes. The wait only starts once the partner has confirmed the task.
What to do if a reward is missing, reversed or held.
A task didn’t pay
Give it a day: some partners confirm late. Still nothing? Contact the offer wall’s support from inside the wall, with a screenshot of what you did. If that doesn’t help, ask us in Help.
Coins were taken back
When a partner reverses a task (a refund, a repeat install, a failed check), its coins come off your balance. If you had already spent them, your balance can dip below zero and cash-outs pause until new earnings cover it.
A cash-out is held
Every cash-out is checked for fraud before it’s sent, by automated checks including AI, and bigger ones by a person too. A declined cash-out returns the coins unless the earnings were fraudulent, and you can ask for a human review.
Four rules that keep payouts flowing.
- One account per person and per household device.
- No VPNs or proxies and no emulators or automation.
- Real details only and new accounts when an offer asks for a sign-up.
- Stay on one device from opening an offer to finishing it.
Partners reject tasks that break these rules, and accounts that use VPNs, emulators, automation or false details can be closed and their coins removed. The full rules are in the Terms of Service.
